I have permission to hunt in a subdivision, the family i got permission from has approx 3 acres of woods behind his house, granted this woods is approx. 20 arcres in length. Anyho it looks like his neighbor has feeders out, not sure why he is feeding but he does. I already know i cant hunt near a feeder, but what if its on a seperate property that i have no control of?

If you leave this question here, you'll get opinions...
If you post it below and "ask Buster", you'll get the right answer!
Good question, I'll be watching for the right answer.

There is no right answer to the question as presented...officer discretion. Is your stand within view of the feeder? Bird feeders attract deer.

I would have the CO of that county come take a look at the situation and let him tell you if its legal. h.h.

If you kill a deer going to the feed or leaving the feed, then I suspect you would be in violation......known as 'area of influence'.

I would contact a CO and discuss the details BEFORE you hunt there....better safe than sorry later.

As others have suggested, I can tell you with 100% assurances that you need to contact the local CO and have him meet you at the property prior to hunting.
It doesn't matter what anyone elses is opinion is. He/she will be the one writing you the ticket if it comes to that.
