I saw quit a few bucks chasing does opening weekend of shotgun, so with that stage of the rut pretty much gone at least in my area probably will be slower.

Seen a few bucks on their feet this morning, searching, and with more the corn getting removed daily by the time muzzle gets here the opportunity will be greater than it was at the beginning of the firearms season.

depends on the area your are hunting, I also think my son should get all his chores done while I'm at work and not making polls online.

Corn was still up where I hunt last weekend. Once it is cut, they will be in the woods, and there is far more corn than woods in that area.

Always thought ML season was better than firearm.....pray for cold, cold weather....

Yea I always liked MZ season more than firearm season. I would like to see some freezing rain or snow... Love to hunt in that...

the spot i hunt muzzleloader is almost like shooting fish in a barrel. yet during gun its hit and miss. no pun intended sad thing is i leave for kentucky dec 1
