Plowed snow and then went to my stand. Wasn't long and five doe came by, I shot one of them and the others ran a few yards and stopped so i reloaded and shot another. Took me longer to go get the tractor, gut them and load them on the wagon than it did to shoot them. I'm just glad I didn't have to drag them in this deep snow. h.h.

TRACTOR!!!! Thats not fair!! Your suppose to drag those deer........remember, its part of the entire hunting experience! ;D ;D Nice shootin' Yaz Ive done my share of draggin'. The bad part was I got the tractor out of the barn, put on the scraper blade, plowed snow, took off the blade, put the tractor back in the barn, then went hunting. Hunted about 30-40 minutes, shot two deer and then walked back to the barn, got the tractor out and hooked up the wagon and went and got the deer. The deep snow was exhausting to walk in for an old fat man! I was just glad I didn't have to drag them. I would have used my 4-wheeler but its only 2 wheel drive and don't go to good in deep snow, so I used the tractor. h.h.
