If any additional sleeping is required I can bring a tent that could handle 6-8 comfortably.

I have 2 beds in each room, all twins except one full bed. And a couch that sleeps ok. I also have several roll out beds but space for them will be limited. I have a wall tent that I plan on putting up as well. When we closer, we'll need to know how many beds we'll actuallty need and go from there.

Just let me know when it gets closer and I will plan to bring it. I have three youth under 15 from my church that have expressed interest in doing this hunt, along with a parent to come sit with them. Should I limit this to 2 youth with 1 adult per youth? How many should I cut this off at if more express interest? I don't want to invite to many, for us to handle. What do I do?

Should I bring my fold-out cot?

If everyone has room in their vehicles I think it would be a good idea or bring whatever tent and cots that you have.
As Tom said, it would be better to have them and not need them than need them and not have them.

Skinner, 3 is OK but that will make us full.
Send Woody their names and info.
I think it might be best to decide on this one week before hand once we get a handle on the weather?

I had planned on camping out in our lil' tent. I figured the temps outside at night time, makes for some good sleeping....

Probably going to be short of cots for the tents, so if you have one, might want to bring it.
I have 6 roll out beds and 6 beds and a couch in the trailer.

I'll be bringing Woodmaster's little deer camp trailer. It can sleep 3, 4 or 5 (in a pinch)

Might bring your favorite pillow, have some but not enough for 30 people. Sleeping bags if you have them and a cot if you have one.
