I'll fry catfish and bluegill Saturday evening. We'll have tators and corn or something to go with it.
Probably have cold cuts for lunch, ham and so on. Chips.

I can bring venison - we'd have to decide how we would want to do it. I also could bring my turkey fryer and even do a bird?

I will be glad to help-out with preparing all of the meals.
Are we all going to chip-in for chow & make a grocery run on Friday?
Do we need to bring coolers to keep stuff on ice?

We are counting on it..

I don't know. Tom, Buckfever and I will bring a bunch of stuff and go from there. We might do a pass the hat...
Do we need to bring coolers to keep stuff on ice
Extra coolers would be great. If not for food and drinks maybe to cool down deer meat. Late September is still pretty warm.

Not as long as you would think. I just use the thermometer and when it hit 180 we're done. I never have paid much attention to time but 1.5hr should be plenty.

I have several turkey breast to supplement a whole turkey, I can strip it out and fry it or cook it in the oven with a strip of bacon wrapped around it.

I fry our turkeys at 3min. a pound, plus 5 min........I've got a 20-30 gallon cast iron kettle, we can make one heck of a batch of deer chilli! I've gots plenty of ground venison, that we can use.
I also have 2 electric smokers that we can use.

Are we going to do the bacon, egss, biscuits and gravy breakfasts or take the easy way out with cereal and rolls? Let me know how many are coming & I'll bring all the fix'ns for bacon, eggs, biscuits, country fries, & gravy for Saturday morning's breakfast to kick-off the first day of hunting that all of the young'ns will remember. I have plenty of venison breakfast sausage in the freezer & I'll pick-up the rest @ the store before I head to camp. Are there plenty of frying pans, utensils, & crockpots at the bunkhouse to cook for this size group? I will be happy to cook-up three meals / day on Saturday & Sunday for the group if Woody & Timex want to plan out a menu for a grocery run. No sense in eating cold stuff when there is a cook on duty to feed hungry hunters........ Please keep me posted!

I NEED my coffee in the morning. Do we have a pot big enough for all who want coffee? I have 2 coffee makers, 12 cups each......might have to double stoke them if one batch isn't enough.
