To anyone who is on the fence regarding the on-line course...go for it! It wasn't easy, took about 10 hours on line but I took the final exam of 75 questions and now I'm certified. For me (age 60) it sure beat sitting through 3 evenings with kids the age of my grandchildren. I always felt that I was being discriminated against since I didn't have a certificate number to put on hunt applications, even though by age I was exempt. (Note: it says on the State Park hunt application that hunters with a Hunter Ed Certificate get picked first. ) So if you are getting long in the tooth and are interested go on-line... BOBinIN

My daughter did the on-line course a few weeks ago - got a 97%, not too bad kid. Having done the on-line test and helped with a classroom test I agree the on-line test is more difficult.
