OK, OK, I thought the baby oil thing was pretty funny until I noticed Woody had changed his avatar. That ugly baby blinking away at me and posing the question "baby oil?" now has me ROTFLMAO!

yes baby oil... but it has to be fresh... so make sure you have a baby and a juicer..... because the bottled stuff just does not cut it...
OK OK you all know I meant Olive oil... I was probably either talking to or about the baby when I wrote it...
Gotta give credit though I don't think I would have noticed the typo even if I read it a hundred times....
You know I went back to modify it and fix it.... but I think I am gonna leave it like it is...

You might as well leave it now, so everyone will realize what all the harassment was about. It was pretty funny though!

I like to soak mine in Dales seasoning and worschire sauce for a couple hours then pull them out and cover them in garlic and black pepper, then they go straight onto a charcoal grill.

I fixed about 3 pounds of my back straps recipe one night and took them to a gathering of of several of our friends. All of the guys ate the back straps up within 15 minutes. They said it tasted better than any steak they ever had. Dales seasoning just does something to meat that is just awesome and garlic and pepper is a must. I use Dales on beef, chicken and venison. You should try it if you haven't

i think the best way to make back straps is to, split some raw eggs and then run the meat through them then run them in some blackening seasoning and then throw on the grill as hot as you can get and cool so they are medium rare in the middle, man that gave me the shivers down to the bone thinking about eating them.

Marinate for 12 hours in whatever, then grill over a very hot oak wood cooking fire until just a little pink remains in the middle. The wood brings out the flavor like you wouldn't believe.
