 OK so here's a story. Saturday evening 5:30 I got a text message from a hunting buddy. He told me he had a Lil 6 pointer 12 yards out. He was armed with an Omega. I responded with a "Hold your fire" text. I then looked to my right and saw something coming down a grass strip about 200 yards out. I looked thru the binocks and saw a rack well past his ears. I then reached for my omega and pulled up on him. He was still 150 yards out so I decided to wait. He was at a trot. He obviously had somewhere to be. He got within 50 yards and I could not take it any longer. I grunted at him and then presented me with the most perfect broadside shot I have always dreamed of. I put the BDC Omega scope on his shoulder and squeezed the trigger. After the 150 grain shock wave ripped thru him he ran 50 yards and crumbled up right in front of my stand. My prayers had been answered. They say he'll go 165 plus. You can only hope. Not bad for my second deer. |

Oh yeah I forgot the important stats.
He weight out at 189 pounds.

I seen that one also but the one i was talking about is the same spot as the first pic but you have the deer's head turned and shows exactly how big of a brute you have there!! Mark T

ha ha Mark I think you might know him. His first name is Don..... Seriously he was not going to shot that lil guy. He has taken several nice deer. Thank god for my buddy Don. A real friend.
