I started out with a website called DigitalYou.com, where I was doing some digital photography for awhile just to see how it would work. Took some rather interesting pictures, but no real money. I slipped up and let it lapse, and since then have had a couple of similar sites. I had a ton of mushroom pictures on one site, and the current one I have not done much with. I am currently using BlueHost. I know a little html, and manage it myself. Its no biggie really. Depending on what you want to do that is. Not overly expensive, but then again that also depends on what you want to be ABLE to do. Be glad to answer any questions you might have. Well, the EASY ones anyway. ;D |

Darrin- we've got a guy from Ecaudor working with us now. I stuck the pot call in the truck today (I've seen toms at the house where we were heading) and Gary was playing around with it and making decent sound in no time at all. Showed him very quickly (literally 5 seconds while I was driving) how to use the striker... He loved the call. ;D Kept saying "Poor stupid turkeys". ;D
Didn't want to break it to him that it's not really *that* easy!!!

I had my neighbor going in a few mins..He always used a box call.He thought slates were too hard to use,After I showed him how to use it,he got this big ol' grin on his face lol..I'm sure he drove his wife nuts..If I was guessing,the box call may be back up this year.. |

Nope didn't see any turkeys. And the day got crappy from there. Long story short, tomorrow morning we get to transfer (by hand) ~6 yards of mulch (and now it's soaking wet after the rain we had) off of one trailer to another, take a tire off of the first trailer and limp on down the road with it. Not sure what's wrong but it may be the bearings are shot.... After we do that, we are going back to where we were today, so maybe we'll see some then.  |
