Just wondering if anyone knew the condition of the sunflowers at Salamonie? Hopefully they got them in earlier this year.

dont know yet. i'll be up there this sunday hunting tree rats. i plan on checking out the sunflowers fields then aslo... kennie

well went up there sunday all of the fields that i seen the weeds were taller then the sunflowers. there might be alot of flowers in there but i just cant see them for the weeds, so when they mow it it might be ok...

Thanks for the update. My Dad will probably check it out and I will post here if he does. Don't know if we will bother with an 82nd pick plus he got permission for a private field that looks promissing especiallly for geese.

well i did not get a much better pick then you, i got 71 but its got to be more fun then sitting at home....

Good luck to ya. I ma making the trek over to my parents house in Marion this evening. Hitting a field in the morning for geese and then heading to the dove hunt.
