I love those type of plots, I'm never confident hunting on fields bigger than an acre, I prefer 1/4 to 1/2 acres surrounded by forest.

We saw 16 deer Sunday openinng weekend from 10 until 12. Thursday, Turkey day we hunted until 1130 didn't see a deer then was back out at 3 and there were fresh tracks in the mud on the trail we walk in and out of. Shooting didn't start around us until 930 that morning.
