Text for the Day -- Revelation 19:9-10

And the angel said to me, "Write this: Blessed are those who are
invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb." And he said to me,
"These are true words of God." Then I fell down at his feet to
worship him, but he said to me, "You must not do that! I am a fellow
servant with you and your comrades who hold the testimony of Jesus.
Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

What is it to be invited to the marriage feast of the Lamb? Wouldn't
it be the same as the invitation Jesus gave when he said, "Come to me
all who labor and are heavy laden," or "follow me." Do you remember
the first time you clearly heard an invitation to believe and
responded? Have you lived out that invitation? Your faithfulness to
that invitation opens the door to the banquet.

Keep my heart faithful in responding to your love and grace, Lord.
