I noticed there was a video section on the board and thought I would post my short Cast Bullet Frenzy Video. Also I have a question. Where can I have video hosted on the net for FREE!!! so it will open up with windows media player? I have this hosted at www.photobucket.com and while o.k. the title effects should run smoothly but dont at photobucket because it opens up in the player they provide there. Also the video itself is o.k. but much better viewing through media player. Here is the link. s104.photobucket.com/albums/m193/stevensavage/?action=view¤t=CastBulletFrenzy2HI.flvEdit: testing a gif here while I'm at it.

What calibers do you cast? I cast for the 44Mag, 357Mag, 30/30. Heres a pile of those Ranch Dog TLC432-285-RF and my Rossi 92 chambered in 44Mag that I was shooting in the video. Heres the bullet I'm casting in 357 for my other Rossi. A custom Lee C358-180-RF with the wide meplat. I got into bullet casting and making my own bullet lube about a year ago. I had always heard talk of lead bullets not being accurate and well..leading the barrel. The trick is to have a proper fitting bullet to your bore. Alot of folks I've met locally in my area are misinformed about cast bullets just like I was for many years. Theres nothing like controlling your own bullet supply and just adds to the facet if you reload your own. Cast bullets are every bit as accurate and effective as jacketed, etc, etc. I wished I had started casting my own years ago and with the price of copper, brass, ammo, and just about everything else going through the roof its all I shoot anymore. The best source on the net for any and all info on everything cast bullets is castboolits.gunloads.com/ there is TONS!!! of info to be had there. They also have cast bullet mold group buys (which is where I got my custom molds), gas check group buys and much more. And theres one more thing.... :oIt's addictive!
