I caught this big boy last year. I'll post another picture of a nice doe standing at the same licking branch/scrape and then you can get an idea how big this guy really is....I'm guessing he'd field dress 225 pounds in this picture. I've saw at a distance twice last year, but no shot. He didn't show himself much during legal shooting hours, smart ole guy.. Maybe next year, he's still runnin around I saw him in January, he survived last season..Ridgerunner

VERY, VERY nice.
That is the thing I really like about trail cameras. We see a big boy like this in our neigborhood and that keeps us going when some other times we wouldn't go.
Just KNOWING he is there somewhere is a heck of an incentive.

Woody this guy was a true " Grey Ghost". I tried everything to get this guy. He has a brother that I seen one time in early September last year one morning running across a bean field in front of my house and his rack was bigger yet with a huge body like this one, nice thick mass on the rack, he was still in velvet, but looked like a Muley, his rack was so wide and tall..Never seen him again and noone I talked with in the area ever saw him...I'll be ready next year though......I know where he likes to roam, I'll ahve my camera out early patterning him for next season...Ridgerunner
