Woody has asked me to run a photo contest. The idea is to take the best trophy photo possible. This can be any trophy pic, deer, turkey, etc. The idea is to get away from the back of the truck pics that we've probably all taken and make the time to set up and take a quality picture of the trophy. For reference just look at Woody's thread on taking trophy pics. huntingindiana.proboards52.com/index.cgi?board=photos&action=display&thread=1124363649Post your pics here, (2005 pics only please) and then at the end of the season I will run a poll asking for all of you to judge the contest. Winner will have their trophy pic at the top of the message board. I'm sure Woody will be along to add something. Good Luck.  |

Except maybe make it any hunting kill picture. A few folks on here don't deer hunt..
Thanks for heading this up. I'll put a sticky on it..
Remember folks it is about the quality of the picture, not necessarily the biggest animal.

I modified the post a bit, to make it any animal...deer, turkey etc.
I will just echo Woody's thoughts that the biggest buck isn't the criteria here.

RMC, I think Dan set this contest in this thread up as for 2005 kills only. We woudl love to see the pictures though. Can you post them in a seperate thread? Hopefully this saturday we will get LOTS of new pics in here. danb is running the contest and what we will end up doing is having a poll of the members to see which one wins.
