The sad thing is the company will tell the DR. that he did a great job but he was reckless with shooting a person and that he endangered the lives of innocent people and he didn't follow the rules and regulations

I can't wait until Dove season comes around and I noticed that there was 3 dove seasons as well . I wonder if Illinois has 3 Dove seasons , I need to check that out .

Is the meat a dark meat ? what shot size is recommended and does one need to use NON-TOXIC shot to shoot them ? And how would you prepare them for a meal ?

Let's say your out waterfowl hunting , your at your blind a hour before shooting time getting everything ready and drinking a cup of coffee . Shooting time comes around and you see no birds , then a hour or more still no birds in sight , When do you call it a day ? And would you come back late afternoon to try again ?

Now you really done it woody , sauteed mushrooms and a bison steak on the grill might be in order next pay . And maybe find me some sasafras roots and make a tea with it , maybe try my luck on making a sweet tea with it to go along with the steak and mushrooms .

I was thinking on growing my own edible mushrooms from a place called gormet mushrooms . com . Any thoughts or commets on the subject . I'm not good at identifing wild mushrooms , plus i've never picked wild mushrooms either .
