I would think that practice would be a violation here Cday. Because once you start dragging that deer, you took possession. You better have a license to posess a deer on property other than your own. Maybe someone in the know will verify that. Not too sure about that one.. A license is a license to hunt not drag a deer.. With a landowner permit it is a permit to hutn his own ground. Iwouldn't call trailing a deer as hunting. Unless he went after it with a weapon. Maybe Greendeem cant give us an answer on that.. cday, In Indiana we need permission to trespass for anything. We can not just trail a deer onto another person's property without their OK.
