With what you described, could it maybe be a transmission issue?

It's not your trans change out all your sensors, cam, o2, crankshaft then reset it. Roll it down a hill if that doesn't fix it.

Good luck, hoping that fixes the issue. Thanks hopefully it will it doesn’t matter that much around home but the second I cross over to Canada the next town is 153 miles away luckily they have a Chevy Dodge Ford dealers but the tow bill would be expensive nothing between other than a few tourist traps and they are closed during winter and cell coverage is horrible at best. After that I believe it’s about 200 miles to the next one You fill up with gas no matter the price at the pump

I bet Deadeer would give ya $5 for it if it continues to act up. He's a mechanic, he could fix it for himself. He said he's going to be looking for a newer truck this year.

I’m looking at 67 k and up for something close to what I have man I just can’t see that for a truck but I guess I’ll either pay it or keep this one. I can drop 1000 in this one and probably only make two payments on the other one for the same amount.
Either way got my truck back pulled trailer with about 1500 lb in it seems to be working right but again not many big hills around here we will see but it sure seems better loading up right now for a trip north

You know the story, pics or it didn't happen!

Hmmm, maybe a long shot, but seems to me I read about a truck with similar symptoms that ended up just having a fuel cap that was partially plugged. It was only restricting the fuel supply under higher load conditions, and the tank pressure would return to normal gradually when the truck was at rest for a day or so. Not enough vacuum to show up in testing under normal conditions, but slowed the flow when it was needed most, and it had been overlooked by several good mechanics, too.

Thanks if it acts up I’ll loosen the cap or take it off see if that helps any

Watch driving with a loose fuel cap. That can throw a CEL all by itself.
