Thanks.
I have said that everybody should experience it once just to know the feeling. It really is unexplainable.
Same for the kidney stone I THOUGHT this was early on. No describing it.

Finally getting loosened up and feeling more back to normal. Been a crappy couple days. Had another adjustment at the chiropractor today, and he said everything is moving good now like it should. Getting a much needed break from work these last couple days has been a huge help. Should be back in action at the start of the next week.

I'm glad to hear that things are moving in the right direction and that you are getting some relief. It's too dang hot to be working outside anyway. Take it easy this weekend too. Maybe get the boat out of storage and start getting it ready for summer fishing? That shouldn't involve much heavy lifting.

I seem to have finally turned the corner with my back. Virtually pain free in all movements. I still have some muscle tenderness from all the adjustments from the chiropractor, but it's a more normal nuisance for me. Aches and pains are just an everyday ritual any more.
Still trying to go as easy as I can and buy as much time to let it rest fully. Looking forward to getting back to normal, as I've had to neglect some things while healing up. Firewood comes to mind! Luke can split and stack, but I wont let him run a saw yet.

Had 2 back surgeries in 2015. Pain was bad. Have had 2 or 3 flair ups since and was ready for next surgery.
Last one lasted several months. I was jumping hoops to get surgery which means PT for a few sessions. I knew it wasn't going to work...wrong. Never pain free any more but not crippling. Numbness in my right foot hasn't gone away.
The pt was mainly massages and stretches.

A couple close friends that work hard labor jobs say it will be the last day you will work that kind of job. Unfortunately for me, there is no advancement to a less physical job, unless taking a HUGE pay cut, or until my boss is done. I have been informed I am next in line for his job, but dont know if I can wait that long as he has at least 10 years till retirement. So, will see how everything goes.
