That place isn't set up for normal residential. The main house is set up as a lodge and the guest house is the privite residence. To me, he's trying to make back all the money he has in the deer and elk he bought to hunt behind the fence. I guess the way I read the add or understood what it said that was his home. Idk but he probably will get close to that it be a great place for 4 or 5 guys to buy it hunt it. Out of my league but the money being spent on lake homes especially up around essup way is just about the same. I swear I watched a guy buy three little dumpsters homes on water front I’m sure he paid no less than 250 a home on this lake push them all down and built a two million lake home in place and they hardly use it. And it’s dang near the norm a lot of it’s coming from the Chicago area it’s unbelievable I swear it’s the truth and on top of that people mow the lawn shovel snow clean it so when they show up it’s ready to go

No matter what I’m no fan of fencing in those animals. If I had the money first thing I’d do is cut the fence down. Let those big fellas run free.

He hunts them or something behind the fence. We installed his satellite there years ago and he rode up on a side by side in full camo with Ryan Newman. Didn't talk to him but they definitely weren't playing golf.
Did hear he was offering wounded warrior hunts but don't know the truth of it.

Can’t find anything on it though.

Here is a clip from an article I found: Question: And you’ve taken terminally-ill kids onto that property for hunts. How did that come about? **** Answer: We figured it’d a shame to have that much land and not do something meaningful like that with it. We had our foundation, the Tony Stewart Foundation [which donates funds to terminally ill kids], and we wanted to find a way to take my land and work with the Catch-A-Dream foundation [which takes terminally-ill kids on outdoor adventures]. So, we partnered together for the program. We wanted to take the kids and their families out there, and let them forget about what’s bothering them for the day and go on a great hunt, get a buck or a doe. And it has been so great for them–we give them gifts, we have cooks for them, it’s lot of fun for everyone, and it’s a great feeling. Regardless, he will never sell it for that unless it is some kind of lark. I've seen comparable properties twice as big go for 3 million with 2 houses and lakes and barns and river frontage.

He did do wounded warrior and kid hunts. That was before the change in Indiana laws and he put the high fence up. Since then he has bought bucks from the Bell deer farm in northern Decatur County and the last few years has been adding elk. Greg Zipadelli has a hunting show called The Drop Zone that has been filming there for several years

Here’s a video from about a year ago of the place …..Personally I don’t seen him as a guy raising Deer and Elk then selling hunts to pad his pockets ! youtu.be/p2AkKda09asBTW…. Pretty sure the hunt show Greg Zipadelli does or did isn’t at Tony’s place…. www.dropzonehunting.com/team-dz.php

One thing that caught my eye from reading the article was this: “When I bought Hidden Hollow, we had to fence it in just for liability reasons. If somebody came on the property — even if they were trespassing — and got hurt we were liable."
I thought that landowners were protected from people trespassing on their property, and the only way they could be liable is if they had something dangerous, say a bridge out on a road on their property and they did NOT put up warning signs that it was out?
If it was appraised at 3.5 million 5 years ago, I don't see it being worth the asking price.

Personally I don’t believe he truly is trying to sell the place, something else is going here IMO! He sure has everyone talking and looking now world wide.

It may be like some of the ranches I hunted out west. Most all of them are for sale. I asked my outfitter about it and he said that they list them for a price that they would accept to get out. If someone is willing to pay the price so be it. Doesn't mean they are actually looking to sell.
If anyone one is interested, I know of 30,000 acres in Wyoming for 15,000,000. Now the houses arent as nice but it does have an indoor pool in a greenhouse.

More from local news... t.co/NX4HdcwhBx "We could have somebody come in and operate this commercially as a very high-end, luxury private ranch, bed and breakfast," Holle said. "But all of the people interested in it so far are local to Indiana and are looking at it residentially."
