Do you have to schedule the 2nd shot or do they schedule it for you the same day you get the first one? They gave us a card this evening after we got our shot with the date/time for the 2nd shot in three weeks. Thanks

I'm not going to get the vaccine. No political view or conspiracies here. But, I don't get the flu shot either. Besides, whether I would get it or not, I'd still take the same precautions. I still wear a mask and gloves at the stores. I still disinfect everything when I come home. Etc... Shot or no shot, things won't change in my life so I really don't see the point in me getting it.

I trust what I see out and about every day and personal info I get from others. I don't blindly do what the talking heads tell me to do.

Remember around a year ago when I said everything has a season where its more transmissable? Welcome to the end of Covid season.

I am sure it’s a combination of many things... but doing NOTHING didn’t solve anything! So COVID-19 season started and is ending around the same timeframe..... Interesting

Just a quick note here. I got my second Pfizer vaccine on Monday, downtown Indy. The first vaccine left me with a shoulder that felt like it encountered a Mack truck! It was painful to move it for the better part of 2 days, but no other side effects. With this second shot, other than a little pain in the shoulder for a few hours, I had no other side effects at all!

High Cotton,
First shot - My arm was a bit sore for a day or two.
The second shot my arm was sore, red and itched for a day.
That was on January 30th,
One thing we need to fight is anything to do with a "Vaccination Passport".
Thats pretty close to the "mark of the beast" for me..

Woody: I am OK with a "Vaccination stamp on a passport" to be able to move in and out of the US and in and out of other countries in lieu of having to have a negative covid test within 72 hours prior to crossing the border (or quarantine for 2 weeks before being able to move about). Here within the states? I have my card and I have a copy of it in my wallet. I can see both sides of the argument here within the states.

Your vaccination record (sometimes called your immunization record) provides a history of all the vaccines you received as a child and adult. This record may be required for certain jobs travel abroad or school registration...personally I don't see the need for a "Vaccination Passport" waste of time any money IMO

Parts of Michigan just shut down again. All of the high school and middle schools have closed. We have a Michigan vacation planned for July. We may have to pull the plug on that. Last summer, we had to cancel our New York vacation. I need to get better at choosing our destinations I guess..

Not to turn it Political, but let's face the facts, It's not worth planning a trip to a state with Democratic Leadership till this is long over.
