HB 1029Amends the statutory definition of "dealer" to include any person who holds himself or herself out as a buyer and seller of firearms on a regular and continuing basis, and requires such persons to keep firearms locked in a secure area. If you buy firearms on a regular basis, you'd be included as vague as this law is.
