Very interesting. I think he is right. The moderates of the country are being pulled and the left's antics over the past 3 years is wearing thin. More so than the right getting worried about Trump's tweeting.
I made a comment in another thread about being tired of this being country being "the united states that follows california".....and I meant it! I think a lot of people are sick of it as well!

Good piece, I think it captures quite a bit of the sentiment behind the President`s popularity. He was a long shot to win the election, and and even longer shot to appease the conservatives who did not vote for him, but I can say from experience, a lot of his support does indeed come from some who didn`t vote for him, but are angry at a media and a liberal political establishment that have tried nearly everything they can think of to remove a duly elected President. I believe also what our Pastor has said, and this is, he believe that the Lord may have given us a reprieve with the election of Donald Trump to the Oval Office, because any demon-crat there, but especially killary klinton, would have been disastrous for the United States and our freedoms and individual liberties.
