I'm okay with sour cream and enjoy a little on Mexican food, but only eat it on Mexican taco and burritos. As of whole I'm been cutting down on sauces. Slowly converting to the Keto - Atkins diet. I feel so much better staying off carbs and sauces. It seems the more meat I eat the better I feel with more energy. I`ve done Atkins/Keto, and the sour cream is one of the "healthy fats". You can have as much of that as you care to have.

Sour cream is great, a lot better than Reese’s and mayo

I'm good with sour cream, I've not heard of Reese's and mayo though. Sounds "interesting".

Then several family health issues came up and then the holidays. It's very hard to stick with when eating in hospital cafeterias and relative's homes. Feeling better and having more energy was very much my experience as well. I'm trying to slowly transition back into good eating choices and habits. If someone would come up with a good low-carb IPA I'd really be in good shape!
