Absolutely - however it’s been a while since they paid any attention to the Constitution One of the core principles of the Constitution is Due Process. That, alongside the presumption of innocence are completely ignored by these "red-flag" laws. I`m certain that eventually the Supreme Court will strike them all down as unconstitutional, but sadly, until then, there will be the risk of incidents like this one, in which innocent people are killed by government.
