For those of you successful turkey hunters you might want to try my latest recipe.
I used 1/2 of a turkey breast that I pounded and Jaccarded flat then sprinkled some Mrs.Dash on it.
I then fried up some Maple smoked bacon with some recent wild asparagus that I cut and peeled along with some sliced portobello mushrooms.
When the bacon was cooking down and the asparagus was becoming limp I placed the above ingredients on the breast half then rolled the breast up and tied it with string creating a turkey roll stuffed with bacon, portobello mushrooms, and asparagus I then placed some of the cooked bacon on top of the roll.
I cooked the turkey roll at 350 degrees till the breast meat was at 165 temp.
ENJOY!

Add some scrambled eggs and stove top stuffing with mushrooms added and you have a great meal.

Looks yummy...but that Jaccard looks dangerous.. I'll bet this would work great in my air fryer..
