I have a 12 year old who resides in Illinois and would like to hunt with me here in Indiana...he has not taken a Hunter Safety Education course in illinois as it is a 3 hour burden for the closest one for him.....can he take it here in Indiana?

A child may be considered a resident of either state the parents reside in.
