How critical is the glue needed for the Omni-Brite nocks?
Any recommendations on what to use (or not use)?

The receiver portion of the nock needs to be indexed for the vanes.
To make sure they stay indexed after inserting and further down the road I put a drop on super glue gel on my receivers..
They do fit snug so I may be over doing it.

Wait a minute. If the slow set glue is an "epoxy" glue, then what prevents it from setting up in the bottle if he doesn't need to mix part A with part B?
