Had turnips all planted and cultipacked by 4PM, then shortly thereafter we got a nice light shower which lasted most of the night and accumulated about an inch. Could not have asked for better conditions. Bet they will be sprouting up in a week or less.

My 3 plots got rain today , this made my day ! The older I get the more I've come to appreciate gods gifts & rewards for hard work ! Sure I don't understand all the reasons he does things & I have plenty of why questions when I see him , but till then I enjoy feeding his critters . Life is good 😊

And that is what makes this site such a great one. Way to go boonechaser. Very generous of you. Checking out farm this afternoon to get a game plan. Antiwheeze will have a acre food plot to hunt over this fall. You better be careful people are gonna start thinking you're a nice guy! J/K Hopefully you got him taken care of. Had I checked this site before this past weekend I could have helped a bit. But I was able to get my clover mowed and cameras checked. I will probably plant my last plot which is about 1/4 the first week of September. I am going to plant Deadly Dozen from Real World Wildlife Products.

Hey, don't let out the secret of the East Enterprise/Quercus Grove area. Next time I'm in the area I will let you three know. Hope to be there within a couple weeks to put up two climbing stands (20' & 25') Next cooler spell. I took them down a couple weeks ago and cleaned up the rust and make sure okay for coming season.

Met Antiwheeze this morning and we got his field sprayed. Gonna let the glyphosate do its job and plan on tilling and seeding next week. He's got a nice property and look forward to seeing what he harvests this season.
