Ok experts out there, how old is a 6-point buck? I've got a couple on my property. They don't look that old but I am NOT an expert on how to age a deer!

You can't age a buck by the number of points. Body size and shape is about about the only way to age them when they are still alive.

The majority of 6-pointers are 1 1/2 year olds, but obviously bucks of all ages can have 6-point racks.

Pretty sure you can age by their teeth when they are still alive... If you can get him to hold still long enough.. That's pretty simple the hard part is getting close enough to hit him in the face and knock said teeth out |

How old would anyone guesstimate this guy to be? The correct answer, is old enough if you choose to shoot him. With the straight back, straight and parallel to the back belly, no real brisket, I would say no more than 3. Doesn't mean I'm right, just my opinion. |

I've seen a fawn with a 6 point rack. Could still see a few faint spots on him.

He looks like a 4 year old buck, he could be 5. Just because his back looks straight in that picture doesn't mean he isn't mature. Not all of them get sagging belly and sway back at age 5. You just have to learn from experience with the herd you are hunting. He is going to have a lot of antler.
