That was fun last year (or was it 2 years ago?). I'd be up for it, depending on the date.

Are you going to shoot your gun at a rabbit this year or just watch?

I shot two last year, dogs caught three. I ate two, they ate the rest. I'm content with that. Man I'll tell you, the areas I run have had bumper crops of young ones. There are plenty out there. Don't kill many. It kind of like the argument about a larger game animal. Don't shoot so many and the numbers will come back. I used to shoot quite a few and definitely since I gave up shooting many I have an abundance to run on the properties I run on. Plus more rabbits for the guys I take out to shoot.

Are we going to hunt at Atterbury fish and wildlife area again ? That was a fun trip the last and only time that I hunted there . This time I need to make sure that I have more music on the way down there . 1 CD with only 4 songs that I liked was not to fun . We need pictures this time with or without anything harvested please .

All depends of what type of hunt, where we hunt, and who's in shape and not injured. I can narrow it down between two and six.
I'll do Atterbury if you guys want but it is what it is. Don't know how far ya all are as a group from Glendale but I guarantee I can put out some rabbits on that property. I run it at least two times a week and know the areas I run pretty well. Wilbur Wright wasn't too bad last year, spotty but we did get, I think, 6 or 7 rabbits up. If anyone who's anything about Huntington or salamonie, those are options too but it's a haul up there and have to be worth it, as someone knows the area. Got buddies that run up there but they aren't going to give up much info.

What month do you want to do this hunt ? do we want snow on the ground ? I'm going to use my 12 gauge on this hunt , the last hunt I used my 16 gauge . Let's be real here. You carried your 16 gauge. No shots were fired, because there were no rabbits there. Although I did drive through there Friday morning and saw one rabbit, but couldn't get a pic quick enough to prove it. Also saw one deer and nearly thirty turkeys with a majority of those being poults.
