Did you happen to notice the time stamp? I'm curious to see how that changes closer to season and once the area starts seeing some pressure. Once he sheds his velvet, he'll more than likely switch to moving right after daylight and right before dark, at least until the rut. Where I hunt, the deer shed velvet and move an average of a mile from the camera. Lol! I got video of the same buck for three years with a camera on the same tree each year. By mid-September, I never got another photo of him there until the next summer. The two times I saw him during season were 1.1 and 1.5 miles from the camera. Both times were the first week of October. The first time, I let him walk. The next year, I killed him. Maybe you'll have one that sticks around the area. Good luck, and I hope you get him.

I saw him once last season on November 4th, chasing a doe. However I didn't get on this property until the last weekend of October last year so the early season on this property will be new to me.

I've had 3 cameras out on 3 properties since early August and haven't gotten a single pic of a buck older than probably 2 years. Very unusual.
It's not going to change where or how I hunt, but it's still fun to see them.
There is standing corn in the vicinity of all 3 places, so I wouldn't be surprised if they're spending most of their time in there.

I've got multiple pictures of a 1.5 year old 6 point and that's the only buck. I'm doing a cam check in the morning after work when I go to top dress the food plots and sow some wheat. I'm not too concerned though bc we usually don't start seeing any number of bucks until the middle to end of October and then it's a crazy amount.

All young deer.
