Went to my property today and was amazed to see all the hickory nuts on the ground. All the trees look loaded this year, even the apple and pears are stocked. Any one else see this?

Yes, I looked at my white oak and it looks like it had a lot, but the acorns are just starting.

My black walnut was also loaded, but it dropped most of them because of my new wall project. The wall is 8 feet from the tree and we dug-ripped a 4 inch diameter root and put 4-10" on dirt on top of the slope.. It still has a good number of nuts. I watered it a few times to help it out.

Everything is goin crazy. I have been picken sweet corn for a week tomatoes since Memorial weekend. Califlour, zucunni, peppers, cucumbers for past week too. I check the Chestnut tree at my dads place it is loaded. If any one wants any nuts to start trees let me know.
