Great video. A few years ago the DNR stocked some 3500 catfish in one of our local lakes . The sad thing was when a few fishermen were keeping everything from fish the size of a popcicle stick to the size of a dollar bill . And they had no remorse for keeping everything. Between 2 guys they caught 50 catfish. I didn't own a cell phone at that time to make a complaint about it .

The DNR stocked channel cats in our city park lake every other year for several years. Then a company I stalling a "historical" bridge drained the lake one night without getting any permission from the city or the state. They ended up dredging the lake and installing the bridge free of charge instead of the huge fines and sanctions they were facing. The creek our camp is on ended up with loads of crappie, sunfish, and channel cats. Other than the company, I haven't found a negative. :-)
