Do bag and size limits apply to privately owned waters such as a pond on private property?

They do not apply for fish. They do apply for turtles, frogs, ect (and their offspring)that are capable of moving from private to public the same as other animals.
for example, you can catch and keep a six inch largemouth bass in a privately owned pond but cannot take more than 25 frogs.
