They are definitely breeding. Couldn't walk 20 yards without jumping one today. Wet ground make for some good running. Put little over 6 miles on them in two hours averaging right at 6 mph.

Almost ready too. Had a hard time keeping them on the line in a check. They knew there was another close by. Got on a couple of bucks and man did they run big today. There is a such thing as too many rabbits.

I run over two in my front yard with the lawn mower. I never saw where they were until I saw fur fly, then I could see the hole in the ground.

I've seen more rabbits this year than any other in recent memory.

Been running them quite a bit when we can. Haven't had a problem jumping any but when you're dropping heat from the tailgate, things just seem to come together. 😀😀😀. Actually most places I run are pretty thick most years with bunnies but around the house been seeing quite a bit. Don't doubt ten acres of fenced in quality cover with ample food and quite a few holes in the fence didn't help. Talked to a couple of neighbors that have told me that since I've moved in and built the pen the numbers they have seen have jumped also. Neighbor down the street set some lion head rabbits free last year. Up to about three dozen running around. Hopefully dogs don't escape the kennel or gonna have some mad neighbors.
