I don't believe I've seen a thread for this yet this year. Anybody have any out of state big game trips planned for 2017?
Mine are:
-Alabama hog hunt (completed last weekend) -Wyoming antelope (2nd week of October, pending draw) -Montana deer (2nd week of November)
I put in a sort of "long-shot" application for Wyoming bison, odds weren't terrible but still don't expect to draw.
Depending on how much Comp time I accrue, I may go for Arizona Coues deer and Javelina next January.
I know a few other folks are planning some hunts... I'm heading to Colorado for archery elk in about a month. This will be my first trip out there and I'm rather stoked!

Lol They don't have license fees like we do. They don't have a DNR either. You may have to pay a price once you bag one. But where I will be hunting is on my friends lease land. Will be NV hunting fox and deer will be fallow deer , roe and maybe one other. We will be there for 2 weeks. Lots of beer will be tried there also!!

Shipping back the parts and having it done locally or all done there? Bring or ship back the parts which ever will be easier. I will have a extra luggage bag for the plane if needed. My friend over there knows the rules so we will do whats easyiest.

I didn't draw deer, or doe pronghorn, but I did draw my buck pronghorn tag. ukwil, how did your group do in the draw? Wound up drawing all 3 tags. Buck 47-1 and 2 doe tags for 43-6. Access in 47 shouldn't be a problem, but time to really hit the maps for 43. I'm gonna concentrate on my buck primarily though. be sure to check out th HMAs in 46. There's a couple of them and if you can wait until after the first two weeks slips are easy to get.
