I just received an updated e-mail from last year mountain lion confirmation as follows:
We have confirmed there are now coy-wolfs and wolves in Ohio. They have been seen and confirmed in the east Cadiz, Ohio area. We have finally confirmed a mountain lion in the same area. All three predators have been verified in the old mining grounds in eastern Ohio.

I still think Waynes is crazy I saw somewhere a while back that nearly all coyotes have some amount of dog and wolf DNA, however minute. I'm not sure what % is required to be called a "Coy-Wolf". I do know that they get a lot bigger in some areas than others.
