I also have a decent 6 on cam. I saw one of them in person the same weekend I got my doe so I hope to see him up Close again. Hopefully things go a little different if I do.

I had 5 shooters on camera up until Sept, I think, but didn't see a single one when hunting. This is just the nature of the game.
I sure do like trail photos though. Just seeing them makes all the work worth it.

Funnest game I've ever played! Yes I love the photos it's so cool seeing them. I also have some turkeys on cam as well so that will be my next venture into hunting.

I recently got a blind so I'm going to set it up at the beginning of April and give it a go. I want to try hunting as many different types of game as I possibly can.

You can put up a blind the day you go hunting, and the turkey won't pay much attention to it. Now, if you put a turkey fan on the top of it, you might be in trouble. You'd have to shoot through the roof of your new blind. Any young fella might enjoy the stalk and shoot turkey hunt. I'm fine just waiting on them to answer. |

Oh good maybe I'll put it up the weekend prior then. I don't want to wait until I'm going to hunt to put it up. I prefer things to be ready in advance if possible.

Checked my camera's yesterday, no bucks and only 6 does in a month. Seems that way every year till season comes in.

It looks like there are about 7 or 8 does and 3 or 4 bucks coming through the property I'm on. I'm more than happy with that and I am going to try to be very patient next season. I accomplished my very first deer this past season now I would like to get my very first buck. I just so happen to be fortunate enough to have a very nice one lurking around my area.
