I can't believe all you noisy monsters haven't figured out how to kill them with .22 shorts yet. It's by far the quietest way to get your high fence deer and get out before they know you're there. 22 shorts to be had at my Walmart.

My buddy always tells me if you're going to stir the pot you should be required to lick the spoon.

No Wes, he's not talking about your organic cover scent/face paint. Oh good cuz that's what I was planning on bringing! Nope. Just makes deer non-killable. Good thing is you will have a great group of mature bucks after a few years. Just put up a 12 foot fence and kill them all with your air guns while they eat the corn and apples you set out.

Heck just keep making the fence smaller and smaller and cutting more and more limbs.

Shoot into the pen enough times, you're bound to hit a deer

Meh, if I get bored hunting I'll deer just put up an impaling fence around the garden like the pioneers did. Then use the "deer on a stick" as bait to kill the coyotes and bobcats. The ones that don't die right away and are just stuck there crying really bring in the yotes and even if they die you still have the fawns who can't jump the fence hang around bawling for their dead mothers. You can kill a lot of yotes off those so long as you don't miss.
You can fill the freeze and still have plenty to give away to the food bank and never even need a license, not to mention enough dog food for the whole neighborhood for the whole year.

Been dead here lately thought I'd give a question to maybe provoke some back and forth banter. How do you guys feel about hunting out of someone else's ladder stand, behind high fence, but you have to cut shooting lanes, using a hpr, using commercially caught catfish for bait, with a spotlight, just to kill does in the late doe season? Also it's in an area where black panther leopard rattlesnakes were released by the DNR to control hedgehogs. Only if the catfish used for bait are over 25 pounds each.

Forgot the taxed ltl. Woddy, this isn't a bow/crossbow argument. That's already been hashed out. No it shouldn't be included nor included in archery season. There needs to be a separate season for that. Between primitive black powder, youth, PCR, hpr, modern muzzy, pre rut bow, post rut bow, pre pre rut gun, pre rut pre gun, pre youth but post doe early air gun season. So tell me what you have against my Handgun season? We're not good enough for a season? I will go talk to the uppers and get what ever I want. You wait and see.
