Checking the forecast, looks like cooler weather just in time for opening weekend. Starting getting better after today. Maybe deer will get moving a little better as it gets cooler. Already rubbing a few willows in the bottoms, so hopefully will start getting less nocturnal the cooler it gets.

Friday night low is 50 Saturday morning 50 percent chance of rain. I dont know if I'll sit in the rain. There's talk about a low pressure system getting cut off from the jet stream and sitting right over Indiana late next week and into the weekend... And while that very well may happen, the models they use are apparently showing two very different forecasts, so @ this time I wouldn't put much stock in any forecast a week out.

A little rain never hurt anybody. Though i dont recall every seeing a deer in the rain. Ive killed lots of them before and after a hard rain.

High of 70, low of 50 for Switzerland Co Saturday and Sunday. Plus the new moon, love it. Deer should be on their feet in the mornings and evenings.
