When it stops snowing maybe I will be able to look for some. We drove thru some white outs today to go shooting clays at the Back Forty in Bourbon IN. Had a lot of snow coming down while shooting too.

The drive wasn't bad..... Snow was all gone at my place except where the shade was when I got home. It was a fun shoot, I wish the weather was a bit nicer!! Hey, if you know what's good for you, stay away from deadeer. He's coming down with what I had 2 weeks ago and it wasn't fun........ Good shooting with you guys again! It seems every time you come away with another toy to fix.

My boy and I found 57 Friday afternoon pretty quickly. I really couldn't believe they were up like they were. Some were very fresh. Fried half of them for supper last night and as soon as my wife's chicken got out of the way we grilled some awesome ribeyes.

The weather for the next few days should get them sprouting, nice and mild with a recent rain here in Harrison County near Louisville.

Went yesterday evening thinking we would find a bunch. Ended up with only 24. I think someone may have snuck in and got them before us.

I will be heading out this coming Sunday after morning services. This includes a little evening fishing on the day. Can't wait. I have been busy every weekend re-building a versa-lock retaining wall. Last 8 tons of topsoil delivered today. Started after opening of gun season. The wall is completely built and I have one more load of dirt for final grading. 90 tons of 1" round gravel and 16 tons of topsoil. Nothing but shovel and wheel barrel.
