I got a turkey breast and thigh brining now for mid week. I've never done any turkey in the smoker and wanted to do a test run before trying a whole bird. Good luck we only usually do turkey Breast at home because my wife prefers white meat and they are a lot cheaper and take up less space than a whole bird and don't pay for extra carcass. If we had some guest I might by some drumsticks too just to provide dark meat.
