The cold ground is probably stunting their growth. Bring them into the house and put a heat lamp on them and water every day. hahahahahahaha don't worry about the smell that just means they are growing!

I would just put mine inside in an aquarium full of water with an aquarium heater in it to keep them warm and from drying out, kind of like hydroponics
