Warsaw in kosciusko county is no longer listed as an "urban" area, according to the new reg book. But I heard the dnr just held a safety/archery test for the hunters participating in the deer task force....so does the season start there tomorrow or Oct 1st. I couldn't find anything on it online but have gotten conflicting reports from other hunters. The administrative rule states that deer reduction zones will be designated on an annual basis by the Department. Warsaw area was not included on the emergency rule so the season will not come in until October 1 as regular archery season.
