The NFL front office has zero credibility. Their attempted sting on the Partiots has been exposed. Heads will roll. Goodell should be the first to go IMO, followed by the "masterminds" that cooked up deflategate.
I predicted a while back that Brady would gut the NFL like a fish. Knives are being sharpened.

Goodell is a clown; the whole thing was way overblown. I'm going with HaHa as well.
Just let it go NFL; there is nothing to gain by taking this any farther.

Crow anyone?
Bet Kraft wishes he had fought it now too .... little doubt that the outcome would have been the same.

I've been thinking about it for a while. I'm glad his suspension is lifted. Now they can shut up and have no excuses. The damage to his image is done and irreversible. Let him play and may the best team win.

Let him play and may the best team win. No you arent. His image is fine .. those that hated him before still hate him and those that didnt still dont. He gets another ring and he is still going to be the GOAT in many eyes. Already is in some.

I have a question. Why in the heck is a Federal judge / court even getting involved in stuff like this? Same with the baseball steroid scandals, etc.? Can't these matters be kept and settled withing the confines of the league?
Maybe I'm ignorant, but it sure seems like our federal court system (our tax dollars) would have more important matters to deal with than making rulings on this kind of stuff. That court & judge probably shoved a bunch of important cases to the back burner to get the media attention of this ridiculous case.

Apparently the person who coined the phrase "Cheaters never prosper." lived long before there were professional sports teams.

I knew after reading the "report" that was prepared that a good judge would have tossed it in the garbage and told them to quit wasting his time. Guilty or not, the evidence was flimsy at best and full of way too many what ifs.

From Roger Goodell
"We are grateful to Judge Berman for hearing this matter, but respectfully disagree with today's decision," Goodell said. "We will appeal today's ruling in order to uphold the collectively bargained responsibility to protect the integrity of the game. The commissioner's responsibility to secure the competitive fairness of our game is a paramount principle, and the league and our 32 clubs will continue to pursue a path to that end. While the legal phase of this process continues, we look forward to focusing on football and the opening of the regular season."
NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported the NFL will not seek a stay to keep Brady from playing during the appeal process.
The last sentence says it all......
