Anybody use or have marathon Seat covers? Thinking of getting a set. I have a set that is 14 years old and they have held up very well. The newer ones have better camo color, but mine has done the job on blood, paint and spilled coffee/diet coke/doughnut crumbs/"special sauce", etc.... A bit pricey but if I divide the price by 14 years it was a good investment

Another aftermarket item that is pretty nice are the WeatherTech floor mats. Put a set of those in several months ago, and suspect I'll have them in all of my trucks from here on out.

My department got me a new work truck but it came with carpeted floors and cloth front seats. I already have the WeatherTech floor mats, which are amazing by the way. My concern with the cloth seats is that my duty belt will eventually ware a hole in them. I see that the marathon seat covers are pricey but, I think they will hold up a lot longer than the cheaper ones. We tend to get into all sorts of nasty things at work and having a seat cover I can hose off or wash will be a big bonus as well. Thanks for the input!

Cool. Yeah it's my second one. Ram 1500 4x4 with 5.7 Hemi. My first one did not have the Hemi though.

Sounds like a promotion to me, or you've been cutting someone's grass. That's great! I've never driven the Hemi; I bet it's fun. Man, now I'm going to have to look out for the Hemi trucks too.

Just have the dealer or someone spray some Cilajet on them.

Just have the dealer or someone spray some Cilajet on them. At the risk of sounding dumb, I have no idea what that is

The guys with the weathertech mats. Do yourselves a favor and check under them during the summer when it's hot and dry out. I pulled the Weathertech mats out of Dad's Suburban to do some work and the carpeting was damp. He never took them out to check after the winter, and I'd bet somehow he got snow under them.
They are great and I have them, but I check once in a while. He's driving his truck for the next month with the out to let the carpeting dry.

It is a spray that they apply to the outside and in. On the outside you never ever have to wax your truck and it is guaranteed that nothing will ever stick to your paint like tar or road paint. On the inside they spray on the seats and floor. It is guaranteed that nothing will ever stain the seats or floor. I spilled a whole cup of coffee on my seat which is light gray it wiped right up and no stain. Lots of guys are having boats sprayed with it also.

My seat covers are not Marathon brand but they are a similar product. I've had them for several years and I have been very pleased and surprised how well they have held up and performed. I figured I'd be readjusting them constantly, but that has not been the case.
