An old weather balloon remains? I've found one several years ago.

Found a big Shrade Bowie knife a few years back. I've probably lost more than I have found.

20 years ago I found a brand new High Lift Jack in the middle of a 40 acre woodlot. There were no tire tracks from a truck or four wheeler in the woods. it was like someone had just carried it in and left it there. I Always wondered where it came from.

Space Aliens must have grabbed it and decided they couldn't use it, so they "Beamed" it down in the middle of that woods.

drs - I purchased 20 acres in northern michigan in 2013. I always pick up trash I find in the woods. There was a peice of styrofoam floating in this wet spot that I finally picked up when it dried out the first fall. It ended up being a weather balloon from Colorado or something launched 10 or so years prior. Pretty cool.

There's an old old corn picker (if I recall right, made in late 40s-early 50s) sitting about 20 yards in from the edge of the woods I hunt. It's been there a long time to have that much grow up around it.

I found....a full shoulder mount wild boar way back in the forest in orange county. At first i thought it was a head someone cut off one they killed, but had the plywood backing on it still. My buddy was freaked out enough worrying about scenes from Deliverance, this really didn't help. Did talk to a DNR employee about a half an hour before and I suppose it could have been pulled there by the mountain lions that he informed me he seen just down the road.

One of my coolest finds came in the late 1960's (or early 70's) while rabbit hunting with my Grandpa near the Kankakee river north of DeMotte, Indiana ( just down Ramsey Rd near the current Marti's Place)! I found this old soda can that I thought looked so cool and have it to this day:

I found an old car back in the woods of Northern Wisconsin. No hood, no road around, or any trace of a road. This was in 1976 or 1977. The body was pretty well rusted away, and I could not tell who made the car. There was a tree about 8" dia growing between the motor and the firewall, and what really stuck in my mind is that the motor was a V-12. Now who had enough $$ back then to have a V-12 car, and why was it left there??

I found the top of Studebaker car once. The most sinister find was a pair of y-fronts way out in the middle of nowhere.
