OUCH!! That is probably the number one thing I worry about when reloading. I keep all of my powders in a separate location from my loading bench and only place one powder at a time at the bench when charging cases. Then I will triple check my selected powder against the published load I am following.

READ-READ-READ, which is what this unfortunate guy should have done. "Reading is CHEAP"!!! I ALWAYS double check my powder and weigh the charge of each and every cartridge, when I reload.

I'll give the guy credit for trying to remind people how easy it is to make a mistake while reloading. I wish him the best in his recovery.

So I read this and what do I do? Go directly down to my reloading bench and locker just to double check everything. All is in order, but just a good reminder.
