So this is a first for me. Killed on opening morning, I hung it and skined it, I cut the loins out and placed them in the cooler with no ice outside. Now the deer thats still hanging and the loins are frozen. What to do now? Will the meat still be good since it frozen. I plan on getting a sheet of plastic and putting the deer on it and sliding it into the unheated garage thats attached to the house.

Cut it with ice crystals in it, rap it and re freeze

ok. I went and cut off quarters. I placed them in a cooler and put them on ice. Hoping to get it all de-boned friday and hopefully vacuumed sealed.
